Rafał founded 8Foundry and brings over two decades of experience in developing and deploying Polish ICT solutions abroad. He led crossborder projects in telecommunications and digital transformation where Polish technologies were localized and scaled on European and Asian markets.

Martyna specialises in strategic communication and in bridging business with public institutions. She has led cooperation programmes that required navigating regulation, public procurement and stakeholder alignment at national and regional levels. Her network across business and government helps open doors, accelerate approvals
and build credibility with institutional partners.
Martyna is the communication lead who ensures messages land with the right audiences and supports stakeholder
