Bridges That Connect. The Path to Shared Success of 8Foundry Alliance
The establishment and coordination of the 8Foundry Alliance by 8Foundry is no coincidence. It is the result of years of experience and a vision by a team that understands both the challenges and potential of today’s global market. 8Foundry was the first in Poland to create an international business cluster based on real sales objectives and monetization, not just partner accumulation.
Thanks to this, the 8Foundry Alliance is both an association of entities and a professionally managed development platform, combining multi-sectoral expertise from companies, organizations, and institutions, creating a strong and resilient community of partners. The founders of 8Foundry fully understand that only through cooperation crossing industry, state, and sector boundaries can real strength be built in new, less obvious growth areas.
In a world where geopolitics, technology, and global supply chains are transforming faster than ever, we—the community of entities united in the 8Foundry Alliance—are charting a new path of development. We work together and think in a cluster mindset.
Community Over Competition
8Foundry Alliance demonstrates that collaboration is a strategic imperative in an era of uncertainty. We form a coalition where the value of each member is multiplied by mutual support and knowledge exchange. Our community builds competitive advantage not through “every person for themselves” rivalry but through trust, transparency, and partnership in sharing challenges and successes.
Why Less Obvious Markets: The Red and Blue Ocean Strategy
In choosing less obvious markets, our strategy is inspired by the Red Ocean and Blue Ocean concepts by W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne from the groundbreaking book Blue Ocean Strategy. The Red Ocean strategy symbolizes markets with intense, often fierce competition where firms fight over existing demand with limited and expensive growth opportunities. Conversely, the Blue Ocean strategy is about consciously seeking new market spaces free from competition, where innovations and unique business models create new value.
The 8Foundry Alliance consciously chooses markets outside the mainstream global powers, focusing on Europe beyond the main powers, vast regions of Asia, and African countries, which represent a “blue ocean” full of growth opportunities.
Numerical data confirm the validity of this choice. Poland forecasts a GDP growth of around 3.2% in 2025, higher than the average of developed countries (about 1.6%). Emerging markets have a predicted growth of about 4.2%, with some African economies reaching 5%. Poland crossed a GDP value of one trillion dollars in 2025, ranking among the world’s leading economies.
Geopolitical changes and intensified trade tensions force companies and governments to diversify supply chains. Central and Eastern European, Asian, and African countries become key players in the new global economy, and the 8Foundry Alliance actively builds a collaborative space for effective market integration.
Capabilities of 8Foundry Alliance — Networking Serving Real Goals
8Foundry Alliance is not just another organization focused on member numbers or networking alone. For us, networking is a tool serving real, measurable goals such as sales support, product and service monetization, and process optimization within companies, institutions, and public organizations.
In practice, we implement concrete sales projects and introduce business models and solutions that improve the activities of our members, including local governments and cities. We act as a space for interdisciplinary synergy where ICT, energy, manufacturing, and logistics complement each other, strengthening the ecosystem’s entire strength.
Character and Structure of 8Foundry Alliance
Our organization is international and brings together entities across all cluster activities. Only in this way is real exchange of experience and effective achievement of development goals possible. 8Foundry Alliance is a community connecting diverse business cultures and sectoral perspectives, significantly increasing development potential beyond individual member actions.
A key value is membership quality. Our group includes organizations with a clearly defined development vision, consistently realized on the international stage. This guarantees access to real business and partnership benefits, going beyond superficial networking.
8Foundry Alliance is not a sector-specific organization. We unite companies, associations, local government units, and research institutes. This multi-sectoral structure allows integrating a broad range of competences and experiences and flexibly responding to global market challenges.
Our common denominator is an active pursuit of international development and building lasting partnerships based on mutual trust and collaboration.
